Caraway Spiced Potatoes


675g (1 ½ lbs) small new potatoes

2 tbs oil

½ tsp Schwartz Ground Ginger

1 tsp Schwartz Garlic Granules

1 tsp Schwartz Cinnamon Powder

2 tsp Schwartz Coriander Ground

4 tsp Schwartz Caraway Seeds

Large pinch Schwartz Cayenne Chilli Pepper

Salt to taste

  1. Boil the potatoes for about 10-15 minutes until cooked but still firm.
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the spices for 2-3 minutes. Sautee the potatoes in the potatoes in the spice mixture for about 10 minutes until crisp.
  3. Season with salt, sprinkle with Coriander leaf and serve hot or cold.
