Coronation Street's Anna Windass will be accused of beating her adopted daughter.
The mother-of-two, played by Debbie Rush, is left stunned when Faye (Ellie Leach) is rushed off by social workers after she tells them her adopted mother has been hitting her, all in a bid to move in with her biological dad Tim (Max Carr).
Anna cries: "She's told social services I've hit her and tomorrow she's being interviewed by the police. What do I do?"
Boyfriend Owen Armstrong (Ian Puleston-Davies) reassures her: "You've done nothing wrong. She's a kid making up stories."
The drama in Weatherfield doesn't stop there.
David Platt (Jack P. Shepherd), who was diagnosed with epilepsy in 2010, will be seen having a fit in front of his step-son Max Turner (Harry McDermott) and friends Chesney (Sam Aston) and Katie's (Georgia May Foote) son Joseph during a walk in the park.
When Max calls out for help and no one comes, he turns to David's mobile phone to call his older brother Nick Tilsley (Ben Price), who runs to the scene within minutes to help his sibling to recover.
David was previously diagnosed with the condition when he was accused with attempted murder after running over his former girlfriend Tina McIntyre's (Michelle Keegan) ex-boyfriend Graeme (Craig Gazey).
