'Little Britain' is set to end. The third series of the award-winning comedy sketch show, created by funnymen David Walliams and Matt Lucas, is set to start filming this week but according to reports the duo have decided not to continue with the show for a fourth run. It is believed the pair want to focus other projects, including a sell-out 'Little Britain' stage tour of the UK in October, and are worried about the show becoming stale. A BBC source revealed: "We haven't given up hope that 'Little Britain' may be back some time. But everyone is resigned to the next series being the last for the foreseeable future. "David and Matt have made three series in three years and it is probably time for them to take a break." The decision is sure to disappoint fans of the BBC show, which has contained celebrity guest appearances from George Michael, Sir Elton John and Robbie Williams.
