Online shopping and black Friday offers - what are the facts behind these two things, how successful are they?
The Post Office has conducted research into modern day Christmas shopping trends revealing one in five (20 per cent) people will return unwanted purchases this weekend. Following the record breaking spending spree of £3.3 billion spent over the Black Friday weekend, the 10th of December is being dubbed 'Send-back Saturday' with a predicted £1 billion worth of goods set to be returned before Christmas.
