Babies born on the 6th are:

Motherly: Babies born on this day like to look after others, they enjoy being the mother figure in their relationships. They thrive on providing for other people and this may be something you will witness from a very young age. If your child likes to share their toys and offer you food before he/she takes something for their pleasure or consumption, they will surely adopt this protective role. While this is an admirable quality and beneficial if they have younger siblings- they need to know not to neglect their own needs in the process. As their parent, you need to teach them that if they don’t take care of themselves, they won’t be able to offer anything of worth to others, so it’s vital they think inwardly before offering help.

Generous: Generosity is an excellent trait in any child and young adult, however you need to make sure that your child doesn’t give away so much of their resources that they deny themselves of the basics. Just as being motherly requires a certain element of self care, generosity does too. There are more ways to be generous than just with money, and your child needs to be clear on this or they will fall into finnacial difficulty. Teach them the other ways they can be generous so they will always have enough too.

Understanding: Your child will look at things from various perspectives to gain a well rounded view of the situation and take into account everyone’s feelings. They will try not to judge and listen to those who want to tell their side of the story. This will certainly be a magnet for friends, it can also be a draw for the wrong sort of people- those who want to take advantage of this compassion. Remind your child that not everyone has good motivations and to be wary of those who offer nothing in return.

Overly involved: Stemming from the last point, understanding people often find themselves tangled in the lives of others because they know too much or because people become too reliant on such a person’s good nature. It’s vital that your kid knows not to get too wrapped up in other people’s business. They will have enough of their own problems to deal with as they get older in years that to take anyone else’s on would be inviting overwhelm into their life.

Unappreciated: Feeling unappreciated will be your child’s biggest weakness. From being small- if you don’t make a fuss of what they do or create, they will feel undervalued and unloved. It’s important that you always make time to praise a baby born on the 6th otherwise they will lose confidence quickly and start to doubt their own abilities. The downfall of any of their future romantic relationships will surely be because of this, so by making them aware of it, they will be in a position to warn partners upfront.

Agreeable: Your child won’t be someone who causes unpleasantness or who spoils people’s enjoyment- they will feel most comfortable when everyone gets along. Anything that upsets the delicate balance makes them extremely uncomfortable so they will try to avoid conflict at any cost. They may even agree to things that they don’t really want to do for fear of offending anyone. Give your child the opportunity to decline things they aren’t interested in or inspired by so they will grow to realise that it’s ok not to go with the flow all the time.

Positive: Your baby will grow to be someone who always sees the lighter side of life. They will strive to find the good in every situation even if to others this seems like an impossible feat. While this can be a huge boost to other people who don’t have such a bright outlook, it can also be an irritant for some, especially if this positivity is ill-timed. Teach your child that while this keeps them going through the bad times- not everyone finds it helpful.

Your child will grow up to take the softly, softly approach with whatever conflict comes their way because confrontation and aggressiveness doesn’t appeal to them. While this is a more productive way to handle antagonistic people, as their parent you need to make sure that they don’t get walked all over.
