Warcraft is set to be one of the biggest movies of summer 2016 and there is now less than a year to go before the film hits the big screen... however we are yet to see any footage from this highly anticipated film.

Warcraft was one of the movies that featured at this year's Comic Con and Legendary Pictures released two great new posters ahead of the panel.

The first features Travis Fimmel as Anduin Lothar - the major human character in the film - and the second showed Toby Kebbell as orc Durotan.

Warcraft is a movie that is based on the popular video game series and will see Duncan Jones back in the director's chair.

Jones is one of the most exciting filmmakers around with Moon and Source Code under his belt - Warcraft will be only the third feature film of his career. Needless to say, it will be the biggest film project he has undertaken to date. I really cannot wait to see what he delivers and just about everyone wants to see the first trailer for this movie.

Jones has assembled a terrific cast, as Fimmel and Kebbell are joined by Ben Foster, Paula Patton, Dominic Cooper, Robert Kazinsky, Clancy Brown, and Ruth Negga.

The peaceful realm of Azeroth stands on the brink of war as its civilization faces a fearsome race of invaders: Orc warriors fleeing their dying home to colonize another. As a portal opens to connect the two worlds, one army faces destruction and the other faces extinction.

From opposing sides, two heroes are set on a collision course that will decide the fate of their family, their people and their home. So begins a spectacular saga of power and sacrifice in which war has many faces, and everyone fights for something.

Warcraft is released 3rd June 2016.
