Here’s everything you’ll need to make this delicious dill and parsley potato salad.
Dill and Parsley Potato Salad
675g Small potatoes
1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Chives
1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Parsley
A handful fresh Dill
1 tbsp olive oil (or low fat mayonnaise)
Pepper and Salt to taste
1. Steam boil the potatoes until just standard.
2. Remove the zest from the lemon and juice the lemon.
3. Combine lemon zest, lemon juice, oil and herbs to make a dressing.
4. Toss warm potatoes in dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm or refrigerate and serve cold.
