Actor James Spader is set to play the villain in The Avengers sequel.
As a character I love (Ultron), because he's so p**sed off
The three-time Emmy winner will suit up as the title character in new movie Avengers Age of Ultron, and director Joss Whedon insists his new bad guy will be diabolical.
The filmmaker and writer tells Entertainment Weekly magazine, "As a character I love (Ultron), because he's so p**sed off. I knew right away what I wanted to do with him. "He's always trying to destroy the Avengers, godd**n it, he's got a bee in his bonnet.
He's not a happy guy, which means he's an interesting guy.
He's got pain.
And the way that manifests is not going to be standard robot stuff". Avengers Age of Ultron will arrive in theatres in May 2015.
